Crystal, home help in Norfolk

I'm married, 38 years old. I have a 15 year old daughter and also provide care to a disabled female that has lived with our family for 5 years. She attends a day program, so most of my availability is between 8-5, but willing to do an occasional evening or weekend if needed. I'm first aid/CPR trained and also have my med aid license. I have several years of professional experience assisting individuals with, shopping, budgeting, taking to doctor appointments, cooking, cleaning, medications, and daily activities within the home, as well as personal cares.
