My name is Susan I am Registered with the State of Indiana as a CCDF Provider also CPR & First Aid Certifed. I am willing to assist those who need in home assistance on the weekends. I am also a health coach who loves to create healthy meals that tastes great and good for you. I can offer meal prep options to those who have trouble preparing their own meals. I can also provide help with any light lifting and moving to make your home comfortable for you.
I am currently only available on the weekend. I can also do your grocery shopping for you, prepare your list and I will get you exactly what you need and never have to leave your home.
I do require that you complete a registration form with a $20 registration fee. Please feel free to email me for an interview and a registration packet. I also can assist you with your daily testing for diabetes, insulin, glucose and vitals.
