Fatou's extras

I'm a dedicated Strayer University student in Business Administration. My school curricula, life experience and education has allowed me to develop a foundation of skills essential for serving children in a friendly, responsible and welcoming way. As someone with 2 younger nieces (5 & 6), and experience babysitting for other families I understand child psychology, being responsible and tailoring my approach to the preference of the parents.

Some of my skills include:

• Bilingual Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Fluent in French, English and Bambara, and currently learning Spanish. Friendly and enthusiastic personality with the ability to think in a critical way and take initiative.
• Flexible schedule – Able to adapt to fluctuating part-time work schedules. Available mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Active listener – I listen to the needs of both parents and children to ensure everyone is happy with my responsible care taking.
