I have several years of experience with taking care of animals; I had cats and fish in my childhood home and I grew-up doing chores on my aunt and uncle's dairy farm which included taking care of cows, chickens, pigs, ducks and cats. More recently I have done some house sitting for periods of time for as short as 2 days and for as long as month, which included taking care of a dog and required walking the dog for up to 4 times a day. I am currently taking care of a cat for 3 months.
I am reliable, caring, focused and through. I am calm and have an ease with animals. I am excellent at following directions and am highly communicative if I have questions about the care of your animal which stands outside of the expected behaviour or routine of the animal that I am caring for, or if I have the slightest concern. One of the dogs that I cared for had a torn muscle and I regularly gave him his medicine, effectively maintained restrictions of his movement and kept a walking routine per the veterinarian's recommendations.
This is negotiable; the price per day depends on your location and how frequently I would need to come to mind your pet per day.
